Good morning!
It’s book recommendation time. I just finished His Majesty’s Airship, a popular history book about the doomed R101, a British airship that—not-so spoiler alert—crashed in 1930. The book is a fascinating look at a technology that seemed to have so much promise, but which crashed and burned because of all the crashing and burning (and because airplanes turned out to be a better way to fly through the sky). I’m looking for a good new read—both fiction and non-fiction—so if you have any suggestions, let me know.

New light industrial developments planned in Hope
Two new light-industrial projects are in the works in Hope.
One large building is planned for a narrow lot on Flood Hope Road between the railroad and the Trans-Canada Highway. The project will include 10 separated units suited to industrial uses in a nearly 27,000-square-foot building.
Another building is planned on Corbett Street. Designed to store ambulances, equipment, and trucks for a safety services company, the building will be 4,500 square feet in size and include six vehicle bays.
Both pieces of land were previously zoned for light industrial uses and comply with Hope’s community plan. Council approved necessary development permits for both projects at recent meetings.
