Fall is officially on its way — Greendale Acres opens its autumn season this Tuesday, and the events calendar through Halloween is well worth a look. This week also brings a Queen tribute show in Abbotsford on Friday, an evening yoga class at EcoFarm next Wednesday, and free tickets to the H.R. MacMillan Space Centre for Fraser Valley residents on September 12 and 13.

Fall at Greendale Acres: pumpkins, parades, and a giant weigh-off

Summer isn't quite over, but Greendale Acres is already thinking ahead. The beloved Chilliwack farm opens its fall season on September 8, with a calendar of events running all the way through Halloween.
The classics are all back: the GOT CORN? Corn Maze, the U-Pick Pumpkin Patch, pumpkin spice coffees made with the farm's own hand-made creamer, and loaded baked potatoes served hot beside the fire. But the special events calendar gives families plenty of reasons to plan specific visits.
