Here's your guide to making the most of the holidays close to home.

Lights by the Lake Festive Nights: December 20 @ Harrison Hot Springs
Photos with Santa and Sasquatch, free hot chocolate, live music, and Christmas storytime. 5-8pm.

Sip & Sparkle! Light Up Langley: December 19-21 @ Various Locations, Langley
Local wineries, breweries, distillery, and cidery offer holiday tastings, festive specials, and seasonal experiences surrounded by dazzling lights. Participating locations include Festina Lente, Township 7 Vineyards, Fraser Valley Cider, Roots & Wings Distillery, Chaberton Estate, Backyard Vineyards, and Locality Brewing. Collecting donations for Langley Food Bank.

Holiday Lights in Williams Park: Runs until December 28 @ Williams Park, Langley Township
Drive-through holiday light display featuring over 195,000 lights and festive displays. Open nightly 5-9pm (closed Dec 24-26). Free admission with advance registration required. 68 Avenue and 238 Street. Collecting donations for Aldergrove Food Bank.

District 1881 Santa's Workshop: Runs until December 23 @ District 1881, Chilliwack
Photos with Santa by donation. Tuesday-Thursday 12-8pm, Friday 12-8pm, Saturday & Sunday 12-7pm (Sunday opens Nov 30). $40 Friday-Sunday. Pets welcome on Wednesdays.

Glow Gardens Langley: The Magic Toy Shop: Runs until December 31 @ Glow Gardens Langley
Step inside an illuminated toy shop with themed lands, train rides, and festive performances.

Merry & Bright at Martini Town: Runs until December 31 @ Martini Town, Langley
Wander through a film studio backlot transformed into a festive wonderland with food, local musicians, and artisan vendors.

Lights by the Lake: Runs until January 11 @ Harrison Hot Springs
Opening ceremony features photos with Santa and Sasquatch, free hot chocolate, Christmas carols, Jingle Paws Pet Parade, and fireworks. 5-8pm on Nov 22. Lakeside lights and winter displays up through Jan 11.

Starlight Skating Rink: Runs until January 11 @ Harrison Hot Springs
Free outdoor skating beneath twinkling lights. Bring your own skates or rent on-site (select days, fee applies).
