☀️ High 15C

Good morning,

Election season has one more stop. With the municipal results in across the Fraser Valley, B.C. voters head back to the polls this Saturday, October 24, for the provincial election. Polls are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and if you haven’t registered yet, you can do it at your polling place. Your Where to Vote card is handy to bring, but you can vote without it. The basics are in the news summaries below.

If you’re looking for something to do before Saturday, the Chilliwack Piecemakers Quilt Guild is showing off its 2026 quilts at Chilliwack Alliance Church on October 23 and 24, with everything from traditional patterns to contemporary designs.
