The University of the Fraser Valley has a new long-term plan for its Chilliwack campus. And turning those plans into reality may no longer depend solely on officials in Victoria.

Having broken off one-third of its Chilliwack lands to eventually be leased out to developers, the university has also reshaped its plans for its existing properties near the Vedder River.
