2025 Remembrance Day ceremonies in the Fraser Valley

Tomorrow, Canadians will honour the sacrifices made by those who selflessly served this country in war.

Multiple in-person Remembrance Day ceremonies are scheduled across the Fraser Valley, with several also streamed online.

Abbotsford

When: Tuesday, November 11, 2025
Where: Thunderbird Memorial Square, Veterans Way (behind City Hall)

The parade begins at 10:30 a.m. from Garden and Simon streets, with the ceremony at 10:45 a.m. Members of the Royal Canadian Legion and local youth cadet corps will participate in the parade and wreath-laying ceremony.

Watch live: The City of Abbotsford will livestream the ceremony on its YouTube channel. Broadcast begins at 10:00 a.m.

Chilliwack

Road closures will be in effect on November 11. Follow detour signage and directions from flaggers.
