Expanding access to lifesaving cancer care for our communities
Support local families with life-saving cancer care close to home
BC Cancer Foundation is fundraising $30 million to equip a new, second BC Cancer Centre in Surrey with cutting-edge technology, transforming cancer care for families across the Fraser region.
By expanding research capabilities and increasing access to the latest treatment, the centre will deliver life-saving care closer to home, accelerate innovation and ensure timely, world-class care for more patients.
“If I was diagnosed 10 years ago, my prognosis would likely have been less than 12 months,” shares Dr. Roy Jackson, a local OB/GYN and Stage 4 melanoma patient. “Thanks to research advances, I’m still here today, enjoying a good quality of life and have been able to meet my first granddaughter.”
Help bring hope to patients like Dr. Jackson. Donate today.
