A Langley equestrian facility is up for sale—and is one of the priciest properties in the region. The asking price for High Point Equestrian Center just southwest of Campbell Valley Regional Park is $16,980,000. (You can see the listing here.)
The region’s priciest properties listed on Redfin.ca are all located in Langley. The most-expensive is 50 acres of what the ad calls “expensive farm land,” with an asking price of $31 million. The land is in the Agricultural Land Reserve but an ad hints at its potential for development with subdivisions on three sides.
